  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional advisory services.
  • To be a trusted advisor to the partners and senior colleagues and collaborate in key areas of strategy and development of the firm.

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and other office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
  • Experience of looking after a portfolio of clients.
  • Some experience of leading a team / mentoring junior staff is preferable but continuing training and support is available to the right candidate.

What We Offer:

  • Genuine career development opportunities within a growing practice.
  • Exposure to a broad and interesting client-base and the opportunity to work in different areas.
  • Ongoing CPD and training support.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Competitive salary and performance-related bonuses.
  • Paid professional subscriptions.
  • Parking provided.
  • Home working and flexibility around core hours is offered.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Generous holiday entitlements (increasing with service).
  • Death in service cover.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career within a forward-thinking and supportive firm, we would be delighted to hear from you.
